Went to Coders Workshop 3, in Doncaster last night, and had a beer or two in memory of Tokes.

Last Goodbye

Toke’s funeral was today and I couldn’t be there. Goodbye mate - you will never be forgotten.
Update: Some pics of his wonderful wreaths have been uploaded and put online here. Ours was the Spectrum.

I did a collection for flowers on the RetroRemakes forum, so that we could help send the big guy off in style and do something to show how much he meant to us all. I have been overwhealmed with the response. The final total as close as I can work it out is £280!

A great loss to us all.

A true hero has left us. Yesterday Steve “The Toker” Phelps, the admin of Retro Remakes, passed away. I was hoping this was just a nightmare, but its real, and I’m still gutted beyond belief. I dont want to believe it.
