Super Obliteration v1.01

Unfortunately there was a serious bug in v1.00 which effected extra lives. Thanks to STompy for finding the problem and reporting it – hopefully this problem is now fixed, and a new version has just been uploaded. This is what I get for not having a private beta-test.
